Important note:
The deposit is non-refundable.
It is required to reserve your place in the School.

Full refund - means a refund of your payment excluding the deposit.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
You are entitled to a full refund if you have not activated access to the training platform, you have not received a digital product in the form of any media file (PDF, Video, Audio, Picture) or if the digital product does not match the description.

Within 30 days you can also make a full or partial refund of the online course according to the conditions:

• When providing part of the service less then 10% – funds in the amount of 100% are subject to refund.
• When providing part of the service in the amount of 10-20% – funds in the amount of 70% are subject to refund.
• When providing a part of the service in the amount of 20-30% – funds in the amount of 50% are subject to refund.
• When providing part of the service in the amount of 30-50% – funds in the amount of 20% are subject to refund.
• When providing a part of the service in the amount of more than 50% – the funds are not refundable.

Part of the service is defined as the lessons of the course that were opened to the client, regardless of whether the client watched them or not.
